The most important part is to dress for the weather. Action Town Park fields are all outside so make sure you wear something comfortable and that won’t make you too hot or too cold. Remember that you will be running around so if it’s cold make sure you wear layers that you can remove if you get too hot.

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, dark colors work best. The paint will almost always wash out of dark colors but dirt and grass could possibly stain. More importantly, you want to be free to have fun and not worry about ruining expensive clothes.

You will want to wear shoes you can run around in. The terrain is different from field to field but old running shoes, cleats, or hiking boots all work well.

A lot of players will bring a change of clothes to wear on their drive back home. You will likely be dirty or even a little muddy after playing. Paintball paint is generally pretty easy to clean off of clothes, and even a car if necessary. But you can avoid a mess by simply changing clothes before you go home. Just bring a plastic garbage bag to transport your dirty clothes in.
